As you all know already, nothing is new and this blog is no exception. It's full of pictures of cars and bikes, mostly stolen from somewhere or other and the odd bit of useful & not so useful information for your enjoyment.

who would do such a thing...

i m sure its well engineered but they took their eye off the ball with the aesthetics's, as least they can take the engine out easily enough and put it in something better looking.

learning to tig

well i got a second hand tig welder a bit ago with a disposable bottle, and being as i have never tig'd before it did not last long, but since then i have been trying to find argon at a good price.
Well, i eventually found some and it got delivered yesterday, so today when i had an hour spare i started to practise.
Below are the results..........

the good news is i can stick stuff together, the bad news is i have a lot of learning to do, to make nice welds.

sidecars are scary

Well, today was interesting, i had to ride this 25 miles home to get it, cleaned up so i can sell it on ebay.  I have never ridden a bike with sidecar so it was a steep learning curve, with a few scary moments, but i made it home.
I have to say i don't think i will be riding one out of choice again.
Two wheels are definately better than three for me.
